일상의 소중한 순간을 기록합니다.
저의 ‘선’에는 소중한 기억들이 담겨 있습니다.
‘선’은 무언가를 잇는 다리 역할을 합니다. 과거의 나와 만나는 ‘선’이 될 수 있고, 앞으로의 나와의 만남을 기대하는 ‘선’이 될 수 있습니다. 다른 이의 기억을 담아낼 때에 저는 타인의 기억을 잇는 ‘선’자체가 됩니다.
‘선’을 그릴 때에는 그림일기처럼 추억을 담아내는 마음으로 그려냅니다. 이 ‘선’에는 누군가의 추억, 사랑하는 이의 흔적, 기억하고 싶은 찰나의 순간들이 담겨 있습니다.
이번 전시 <소소한 그림일기>에는 저만의 ‘선’으로 그려낸 그림들에 소중한 순간들을 담아냈습니다. 이 ‘선’을 통해 기분 좋은 추억이 떠올리길 바라며.
“I record the precious moments of everyday life.”
My ‘line drawing’ contains the precious memories.
‘Line’ acts as a bridge that connects something. It can be a ‘line’ that meets the past me, or a ‘line’ that anticipates the meeting with the future me. When I capture a memories of others, I become the ‘line’ itself that connects their memories.
When I draw a ‘line’, I draw it with a heart that captures memories like a picture diary. This ‘line’ contains someone’s memories, traces of loved ones, and moments that I want to remember.
In this exhibition <Small Picture Diary>, I captured precious moments in the pictures drawn with my own ‘line’. I hope can remind the pleasant memories through this ‘line’.
